1. Simply South offers monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly subscription plans, wherein users can subscribe and watch the content available on the platform.
2. Payment is charged to the card details provided by you, on confirmation of purchase.
3. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
4. The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. No refund or credit requests will be entertained post such renewal.
5. In the case of iTunes, subscriptions may be managed & auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
6. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
7. Customers can upgrade their subscription at any point in time and the unused portion of their existing subscription will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis.
8. Dolby Atmos is available only on selected devices.
9. All card details are securely stored with the Payment Gateway Service and not with Simply South. We do not have access to such details and thus cannot delete them.
