If you have logged in on multiple devices or web browsers, and the login attempts surpass the limit of 5 devices, it will prevent you from logging in. In such cases, you can access the mobile app and navigate to the account section to remove or deregister devices from the list.

There are various subscription plans to choose from - Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly, which provide access to content from all languages (Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam) starting from $5.99 USD.

Follow these simple steps to register with Simply South:

Visit www.simplysouth.tv and click on Sign in> Register> Enter your Name, Email address, Phone number and type in password> Agree to terms and create account.

Log in to your profile after registering and then:

  • Choose the membership plan that’s right for you
  • Enter a payment method to begin your subscription and ensure uninterrupted service

Simply South is available on web browser, Android and iOS Mobile, Android TV, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, LG TV, Samsung TV (TV model after 2021), Roku, Amazon FireStick, Amazon FireTV and Chromecast.

You can access Simply South on your Android TV by following these easy steps:

- Download "Simply South for Android TV" on your TV's App Store

- Open the App and click 'Log In'

- A 6-digit code will be displayed on your screen

- Now, go to www.simplysouth.tv/tvconnect on any browser and enter this 6-digit code

- Alternatively, you can go to the 'Connect Your Device' section on your Mobile App and enter this same code

(Please ensure that you are logged into the website or app before you attempt to connect your device)

You will then be prompted to sign in and you can add the channel to the device linked in your account.

5.1 audio playback is supported on Amazon Fire Stick, Fire TV, Apple TV, Android TV & Roku.

Dolby Atmos is supported on Android Mobiles, iOS devices, Amazon Fire Stick, Apple TV, Android TV, Nvidia Shield & Roku. It can also be accessed on the website on Atmos supported devices.

Your subscription is valid till you choose to cancel it. However, your subscription may get interrupted in case there is a payment disruption due to payment gateway failure or card expiry.

Yes, you can choose to upgrade to any plan at any time. The unconsumed days of subscription on your existing plan will be balanced with the plan you choose to upgrade to.

To change your password, please follow the following steps:

  • Login to your Simply South Account with your existing credentials
  • Go to “My Account” page
  • Select “Change Password” option and enter the new password
  • Click on Save

Depending on the plan of your choice, your billing cycle will be either monthly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly, from the start date of your subscription. You will be billed at the beginning of each billing cycle.

All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) are supported by Simply South.

To check your payment history, please follow these steps:

  • Login to your Simply South Account
  • Go to “My Account” page
  • Click on “Billing Details” to view your payment history
